Knowledge “Mr. Goals” Musona will miss the game against Bidvest Wits on Sunday due to the injury he suffered on Wednesday against SuperSport United.

Musona sustained a cut on his knee after having hit the LED advertising boards following a push from SuperSport United defender, Morgan Gould. Kaizer Motaung Jr replaced him inside 10 minutes.

“The stitches on his knee will be removed in 10 days time. He is definitely out for the upcoming three games starting with the one against Bidvest Wits. It is blow for the team to lose the services of Musona but we are hopeful that he will bounce back in the next two weeks,” said Vladimir Vermezovic.

Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs Medical Department has revealed that defender; Valery Nahayo will resume full training with his teammates next week.
