Siyabonga Ngezana will make his debut in the Gold & Black jersey against Mamelodi Sundowns. The 20-year-old defender replaces Lorenzo Gordinho, who is recovering from a rib injury.

Bernard Parker will lead the front, in the absence of Gustavo Páez, who is out with an ankle injury, with Siphiwe Tshabalala, Hendrick Ekstein and Joseph Molangoane operating behind him.

Joseph Molangoane, meanwhile, has been handed his first start by coach Steve Komphela in an official match this season.

Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns will face each other in an Absa Premiership match at Pretoria’s Loftus Versfeld tonight (kick-off is at 19:30).
