I, the undersigned am aware that neither the KCYDA (Kaizer Chiefs Youth Development Academy) nor its members accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage that the person may sustain whilst engaged in any soccer activities at the KCYDA (Kaizer Chiefs Youth Development Academy). I waive any right that I and/or Family may have to claim compensation against KCYDA or its members in respect of any loss, damage or injury incurred whilst engaged in any football activities how so ever arising and whether as a result of negligent or otherwise and indemnify them against claims.
1. The prescribed age group for trials is – players born between 2003 - 2008.
2. Must complete the online registration;
3. Certified identity documents needed when applying;
4. If application is successful, the player will be responsible for his own accommodation, transportation and meals;
5. The successful applicant must bring his own training attire (soccer boots, socks and playing kit);
6. No payments are required at any given time; &
7. Any fraudulent applicants will be disqualified and blacklisted with SAFA.
