Following their loss against league champions Mamelodi Sundowns at FNB Stadium on Thursday evening, Kaizer Chiefs will have a chance to redeem themselves at home against TS Galaxy on Tuesday evening. The clash will be hosted at the Club’s alternative venue, which is the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

Chiefs have four games left this season and the mission is to collect maximum points from those matches so as to cement a top 8 finish when the season ends on 25 May.

Duels between Chiefs and Galaxy have always been interesting to watch and produced a lot of entertainment, unpredictability and good football for supporters since the first meeting in 2019.

With Galaxy having won the first round encounter at Mbombela stadium back in August, Amakhosi will try at all costs try to come back with a victory in the second round match.

Galaxy will rely on a number of players who once donned the Chiefs jersey for experience and information - they include Bernard Parker, Samir Nurković and Amakhosi’s development product, Puso Dithejane. The Glamour Boys will, however. do their best to ensure that they stop Galaxy and score the goals that will get them maximum points.

Chiefs are still 8^th on the DStv Premiership standings, having gained 33 points in their previous 25 matches. The visiting team are in position 5, after picking up 38 points in their 25 outings.

The match will kick off at 19:30 on Tuesday at the New Peter Mokaba stadium in Polokwane.
