Kaizer Chiefs Reserves lived to their promise of getting back to winning ways consistently when they recorded their second win in a row.

In their previous match Chiefs Reserves thrashed Maritzburg United Reserves 3-0. On Sunday they thumped another KwaZulu Natal side, Golden Arrows Reserves 5-1 at the Dobsonville Stadium in Soweto.

Coach Arthur Zwane will be pleased with his charges scoring eight and conceding one goal in two games, a good return indeed.

Chiefs ran riot from the first whistle and managed to hit the inside of the net four times in the first half. It was 4-0 at half time.

This time Sabelo Radebe was the chief destroyer for the young Amakhosi, bagging a hat-trick. Njabulo Blom and Khumbulani Ncube completed the ‘demolition job’ scoring a goal apiece.

Arrows scored a consolation goal through Dube. The two wins in succession take Chiefs Reserves up to seventh with 26 points after 17 matches played.
