Masilela makes comeback
Masilela makes comeback

Tsepo Masilela got badly injured when clashing with his own goalkeeper in the game against SuperSport United on 23 August 2017. The left-back had to be replaced in the 25th minute and hasn’t played in a competitive match since. The 32-year-old, however, is back in the starting XI to face Platinum Stars this afternoon.

Jopseh Molangoane and Siyabonga Ngezana are also in the line-up, replacing respectively the injured Ramahlwe Mphahlele and the suspended Teenage Hadebe.

Because of Masilela’s return to the starting XI, Philani Zulu has moved forwards to his more customary wing position.

Bernard Parker has been given the nod ahead of Siphiwe Tshabalala, who will start the game from the bench.

Chiefs host Platinum Stars in an Absa Premiership match at FNB Stadium on Sunday afternoon, 15 April (kick-off is at 15:00).
