MDC Resumes with It’s Massive festival

The Multichoice Diski Challenge resumes in the new year with Kaizer Chiefs Reserves participating in another ‘It’s Massive’ festival of the Multichoice Diski Challenge matches taking place this weekend.

The festival takes place on weekend 11-12 January at the Rand Stadium in Johannesburg.

On Sunday 12 January, Polokwane City Reserves and Baroka FC Reserves will raise the curtains with a 10:00 kick-off.

The apex of the festival will see Highlands Park Reserves will take on Kaizer Chiefs Reserves, kick-off is at 12:00.

In the corresponding fixture played on 18 August 2019 in Dobsonville, Chiefs were not on song on the day losing 2-3 to Highlands Park.  Nkosinathi Nzama and Yaseen Bunting were on the scoresheet on the day.

Chiefs Reserves closed 2019 calendar sitting on 7th position, 7 points shy off Highlands Park who are on 4th position.

There are other matches on Saturday involving Polokwane City Reserves against SuperSport United and Orlando Pirates Reserves and Mamelodi Sundowns Reserves.

Gates open at 08:00. Entrance is free with tickets collectable at the stadium. Matches will be televised live on SS4 and SS10.
