New signing Godfrey Walusimbi will make his debut in the Gold and Black in tonight’s second leg of the MTN8 semi-final against SuperSport United. The Ugandan will slot in at the left-back position.
Itumeleng Khune has recovered from his injury and will start tonight. Another who is back in the starting XI is Wiseman Meyiwa, who will partner Willard Katsande in the middle of the park.
Teenage Hadebe is fully match fit again and replaces Daniel Cardoso in central defence.
Amakhosi still have a few players not available for selection. George Maluleka has recovered from his injury and is training. The midfielder, however, will only be available for selection after the FIFA international break.
New signings Mario Booysen and Lebogang Manyama continue to adjust to the squad and will also be available for selection after the FIFA international break.
Gustavo Páez’ sinus infection has returned and the Venezuelan striker will not be available for selection for tonight’s cup clash.
