Itumeleng Khune and Erick Mathoho have been selected for the squad to face Burkina Faso in a World Cup qualifier on Saturday, 7 October, and a friendly three days later against an as yet unknown opponent.

Mathoho, however, won’t be able to play in the World Cup qualifier as the lanky centre-back is still suspended for one game after getting a red-card on the road against Cape Verde.

Ramahlwe Mphahlele was not called up, as he’s out with injury at present.

Coach Stuart Baxter’s side are at the moment at the bottom of Group D with a point from three games.
