Coach Ernst Middendorp has to do without some crucial players for tonight’s Absa Premiership fixture against Bidvest Wits.

Amakhosi have a few players out injured, Itumeleng Khune (shoulder), Willard Katsande (hamstring), Ramahlwe Mphahlele (knee), Joseph Molangoane (ankle) and Mulomowandau Mathoho (ankle).

Compared to last weekend’s clash against Mamelodi Sundowns, Hendrick Ekstein will replace the injured Willard Katsande in the middle of the park.

To Ekstein’s side in the middle of the park will be George Maluleka, who will also be the captain in the absence of both Itumeleng Khune and Willard Katsande, who are both out injured. Kgotso Moleka will come in at right-back.

Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya, who started at right-back against Sundowns, will play on the left wing in midfield against the Clever Boys. Teenage Hadebe will start at left-back.

Coach Middendorp has otherwise decided to go with more or less the same starting XI as against Sundowns.
