Over the past few years Kaizer Chiefs have been working on developing digital services for our supporters to better facilitate access to Club information, services and content on the Club’s various digital platforms. We have looked at a range of services and decided to test a Club application (app) that would render some of these services to the fanbase.

The Club partnered with Blocksport to develop a beta app, which commenced testing in October 2024 with a focus group of supporters tasked with sharing feedback and insights pertaining to their experience of the app. Following this, the app was made available on iOS and Android platforms. The live environment allowed the Club to gauge uptake and attain a view of key app functionality within a live environment. The live ‘testing’ was completed in June 2025 and valuable data have been received from the group.

We thank our supporters for their valuable feedback and input on the app, and we extend our gratitude to Blocksport for their collaboration in this project and wish them everything of the best in the future.

We will soon begin the process of developing an exciting new Kaizer Chiefs app with all the key insights and entertaining features to keep the Amakhosi faithful and partners in the loop with the latest happenings at the Club.
