Kaizer Chiefs reserves slipped to seventh place in the DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) standing after being held to a 1-1 draw away to Siwelele at the University of Johannesburg Soweto stadium on Saturday.
However, the defending champions remain within two wins of the leading pack after five rounds of the campaign so far. They will be determined to return to winning ways this coming Sunday, 12 October, when they visit Princess Magogo stadium in Umlazi, just south of Durban, to face Sekhukhune United reserves in the DDC Festival, kicking off at 15:00.
The Club’s SAFA Gauteng Development League (GDL) matches against TS Galaxy were postponed on Saturday due to inclement weather conditions.
This weekend at the KC Village, Amakhosi juniors play host to Jomo Cosmos, with the U14s getting the day’s play underway at 9:00 on Sunday, 12 October.
