In part-reward for winning their maiden DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) title with a remarkable record 70 point haul last season, Kaizer Chiefs reserves will embark on the 11-day DDC International Tour from 25 November to 7 December 2025.

The tour, underwritten by the Professional Soccer League (PSL) and Multichoice, will see Amakhosi play matches against the U21 teams from esteemed English footballing institutions, Manchester United (28 November), Leeds United (2 December) and Queens Park Rangers (6 December).

In addition, the young Glamour Boys squad will visit the Manchester United and Liverpool academies during the trip - where they will undoubtedly gain valuable insights from exchanging knowledge and experiences with their British counterparts – as well as attend the English Premier League match on 3 December when Leeds United host Chelsea at Elland Road, where former Amakhosi star, Lucas Radebe achieved legendary status and is still revered among the fanbase to this day.

“We are incredibly excited to see our Reserve Team heading to England to face these famous clubs. It is a reward for the dedication and resilience they showed in winning the DDC title for the first time last season. It presents them with a tremendous opportunity to test their abilities against emerging talent from some of the world's giants in football. I encourage them to embrace the experience, enjoy the tour, and continue making history as they fly the Amakhosi flag in far-off lands,” says a proud Chiefs Sporting Director, Kaizer Motaung Jr.,” adding, “We would like to thank the PSL and DStv for demonstrating their commitment to community development and sporting excellence across South Africa, an ideal which we share and applaud wholeheartedly.”

The reserves are in action this weekend against Sekhukhune United reserves in the DDC Festival on Sunday, 12 October, at Princess Magogo stadium in Umlazi, just south of Durban, kicking off at 15:00.
