Kaizer Chiefs players and officials have been called up to discharge national duty for their countries during the 7-15 October FIFA International break.

At home, the South African senior men’s National Team coach Molefi Ntseki has called up the on-form towering defender Mulomowandau Mathoho to his squad. Bafana Bafana, as they are affectionately known will play in the International Friendly against Mali on Sunday, 13 October. The match takes place at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, kicking off at 15:00.

Kaizer Chiefs Reserve’s coach Arthur Zwane will serve as the Bafana Bafana part-time assistant coach during this period. In the same vein, Amakhosi’s video analyst Mark Davy has also been called up to serve as the National Team’s video analyst.

Still at home, coach David Notoane has called upon the services of Siyabonga Ngezana and Happy Mashiane to represent South Africa in the Men’s U23 National Team. The SA Olympic Team are scheduled to play against Egypt’s U23 Team on the 12th and 15th October 2019. In addition, the newly appointed Chiefs Juniors video analyst, Sinesipho Mali has received a call up to serve the U23s as their video analyst.

Attacker Lazalous Kambole will form part of the Zambian National Team that is scheduled to play in friendly matches in Benin on 9th and 13th October.
