KC Retail stores remain closed

Posted in Features, News on Oct 13, 2020.

Our two KC Retail stores located at the Kaizer Chiefs Village in Naturena and Tramshed shopping centre in Pretoria remain closed. The shops first closed in March after the coronavirus outbreak as a measure of protecting our employees, partners, clients and supporters against the rapid spread of the virus.

The Covid-19 pandemic outbreak demanded and still requires us to take all the necessary steps to help reduce and deal with the spread of the virus.

The decision to keep the retail outlets closed was brought about by our interest in reducing contact between our retail staff, players and supporters in order to minimise risk and potential exposure to the pandemic, especially now that players have resumed training at the Village in preparation of the new season.

Adding to the above, the Club has taken the decision to permanently close the store located at the Tramshed centre in Pretoria. Supporters in the Tshwane area are encouraged to make use of our online platform for their purchases or via accredited vendors around the centre.

During this period, products and merchandise can be purchased on our online platform which is www.kcdigistore.com.  The online order process is secure, convenient and seamless. We have been maintaining our excellent service and continue to add more products on the platform on a regular basis.

Those wishing to connect to KC Mobile can purchase their starter packs from various Vodacom shops at different malls and shopping centres around the country. The list of stores is available on our website.

The Club will provide updates of when we will re-open our store at the Village, when the current situation changes or improves.

Together we can stop the spread of the coronavirus by protecting ourselves and our loved ones.
